Woodstock: Stars and Strikes July 4th Spectacular
The city of Woodstock’s annual Stars and Strikes July 4th Spectacular will get underway at 7:15 a.m. with the Freedom Run 5k. Following the race, the annual parade will begin and end at Woodstock Elementary School on Rope Mill Road.
Following the parade, the annual FreedomFest will be held at the Park at City Center, which runs from 11 a.m to 3 p.m. Residents can expect to enjoy music, food, arts, crafts, children’s activities and more.
Last but certainly not least will be the annual fireworks show behind the Woodstock Square shopping center, which begins at dusk.
Canton: Fourth of July Celebration
Starting at 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 4, the Thomas M. Brady Post of the American Legion will hold its annual community parade with a new route. This year’s parade will circle the Riverstone Shopping Center, and will be followed by a free concert featuring Anita and Party Life from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the city stage in the main parking lot.
The events will be topped off with the city’s annual 4th of July Fireworks, which will light up the skies at dusk.
Roswell: July Fourth Fireworks Extravaganza
The 18th Annual Roswell Fireworks Extravaganza will be held at Roswell High School on the front lawn. This wonderful Roswell tradition is a great family event filled with live stage performances, a Kids Zone and great food! The fun starts at 5:30 p.m., live music at 6:00 p.m. and the fireworks will go off at dark (around 9:30 p.m. depending on weather).

Atlanta: Centennial Olympic Park’s 4th of July Celebration
Centennial Olympic Park and SunTrust Park illuminate the skies over Downtown Atlanta with vibrant firework displays each Fourth of July. Enjoy food and fun at Centennial Olympic Park, or celebrate with America’s Pastime by rooting on the Braves at SunTrust Park. The celebration will be broadcasted by local ABC affiliate WSB-TV, who won an Emmy for the broadcast in 2012 and was the third most-watched program in all over Atlanta across 200 channels in 2016. See musical performances by Grammy-award winning artists including Bobby Brown, Ann Nesby, and more!
